General reservation conditions

Any reservation made through the form on the reservations page, contact page, through the personalized reservation form on the dedicated page or on the pages with special offers, by e-mail or by phone (  +40722657722    /  +40723961812 ), will be considered as your intention to purchase a tourist service. The reservation will be confirmed by phone , within the limit of available places .

According to GD 237/2001, it is forbidden to accommodate people who do not present an identity document - identity card or passport.

Accommodation policy for children

It is forbidden to accommodate minors, if they are not accompanied by a parent or legal representative, except for groups of children organized with a companion.

The teachers accompanying the groups of children will give a declaration on their own responsibility by which they undertake to ensure the safety of the children.

The number of teaching staff will be ensured depending on the number of children. Thus, for every 10-15 children there must be a teacher or professor, a teaching staff being called a coordinator.

Parents accompanying groups of children are only responsible for their own child.

Cancellations/Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify a purchased service, you have the responsibility to inform us of your intentions.

In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel / modify certain tourist services or you will have to comply with certain requirements for these actions.

Cancellation policy for individual customers:
- at least 7 (seven) days before - without penalty and payment refund.
The advance paid will be returned within 48 hours - 30 days depending on the bank issuing your card.
- less than 7 days before - penalty 100% of the entire package.

Group cancellation policy:
- at least 14 (fourteen) days before - without penalty and payment refund.
The advance paid will be returned within 48 hours - 30 days depending on the bank issuing your card.
- less than 14 days before - penalty 100% of the entire package.

Payment by bank transfer ( option via e-mail form ):

The rates are expressed in euros and are paid in lei at the BNR euro/lei exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.

In the case of tourist packages containing meals, weekend offer, team-building, New Year's Eve, Christmas, May 1st, Easter, camps, etc. , the payment is made in lei, and the advance is  30 % for a guaranteed reservation.

A proforma of the tax invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

Cash payment:

-payment is made in lei at the guesthouse.
